The Udaipur Development Authority has introduced a new scheme for citizens who are looking to purchase presidential plots in Udaipur. According to the information, the scheme was introduced by the Uda on the occasion of Diwali and allows citizens to start sending their applications from 7th October 2025. Under this initiative, the UDA will provide residential plots to the buyers looking for get perfect investment opportunity in Udaipur. About Udaipur Development Authority
The Udaipur Development Authority is a government body that works under the Rajasthan state government for the development of infrastructure in Udaipur. According to the information, there are a total of three schemes that are introduced by the authority is namely South Extension sector A (Revenue Gram Saveena Kheda), Udhyam Vihar (Gram Kaladvaas), and Nandeshwar Enclave (Gram Nohra). Among the three schemes, there are a total of 1109 plots that are available for the buyers to purchase. The price of the property is very affordable, and it is designed to allow citizens to easily purchase.

Udaipur Development Authority introduced the Udham Vihar Yojana, which is designed to offer convenience to all the citizens who want to invest in residential plots. This is one of the three schemes that are introduced on the occasion of Diwali for the citizens of Udaipur. Under this initiative, there are a total of 311 plots available. - STEP 1: All the citizens of Udaipur who want to avail the benefits of the UDA Udaipur Housing Scheme 2025 can visit the “official website” and fill out the application form online.

- STEP 2: Once the citizen reaches the home page of the official website, the citizen must click on the option “apply now”.

- STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen does You must first click on the option “apply now” according to their income criteria.
