Motive of YEIDA Group Housing Plots Scheme
The main objective of launching the scheme is to assist the citizens of Delhi who are looking to invest in real estate plots. The payment procedure under the scheme includes 10% EMD upfront, 30% premium after allotment, and the remaining 60% in four installments over two years. Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a permanent resident of Delhi, India.
- Any Proprietor or Partnership Firm, Limited Liability Partnership Firm (LLP), Private or Public Limited Company can submit Bid(s) for one or more plots. The firms and companies must be registered in India.
- Defaulters listed with YEIDA, NOIDA, or GNIDA are not eligible to apply.
- The Bidder should be competent to contract.
- A separate application form shall be required to be submitted for each plot.
- The Bidder may form a consortium as per the following conditions:
- Members of the Consortium will have to specify one Lead Member who alone shall be authorized to correspond with YEIDA. Lead Member should be the single largest shareholder having an equity stake of at least 30%.
- Each Member of the consortium will have an equity stake of at least 10%.
- The group of entities jointly submitting the Bid as a Consortium shall not exceed 4 (four).
