About DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana
The Delhi Development Authority introduced the DDA Jan Sadharan Aawas Yojana, that are designed to provide various benefits to citizens belonging to financially weak households. Under this initiative, the Delhi Development Authority will provide affordable housing to the citizens for belong to the LIG and EWS categories. The housing units available under the scheme are located across Shivaji Marg (Moti Nagar), Ramgarh Colony (near Jahangir Puri Metro Station), Rohini (Sectors 34 and 35) (near Urban Extension Road – II), and Narela, Sector G6-G7, Pocket 11 (near Urban Extension Road – I, in the vicinity of the proposed Metro Station of the Rithala-Narela-Kundli Metro Corridor).
Objective of DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana
The main objective of launching the scheme is to allow the financially weak citizens to invest in real estate without any difficulty. The booking amount for the citizens who belong to the LIG category is INR 1 lakh, and for citizens who belong to the EWS category, it is INR 50,000. The citizens can start applying for the scheme from 7th November 2025.
