CMAAA 3.0 (Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan 3.0) is an initiative of the Government of Assam that aims to encourage self-employment among the youth of the state. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Age must be between 28 and 45 years.
- Minimum education:
- Class 10 pass for general category.
- Up to Class 10 for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
- The applicant must have the skills or knowledge to start an activity.
- Must have a bank account opened before 1 April 2024.
- The applicant should not be a loan defaulter.
- Only one member from a family can receive the benefit.
