The main objective of this scheme is to help consumers clear outstanding usage and avoid disconnection by offering a Diwali gift on water pending dues to residents. A complete waiver on late payment surcharges for water bills is offered. At 70, % waiver will be available for the residents until March. Through the help of this scheme government aims to help modernise and strengthen the Jal Board system, increasing the number of water consumers, enhancing sewer facilities, and implementing a project to keep the Yamuna River clean.   • New Connections:- In this scheme, the system is now functioning effectively and smoothly, with new consumers being added efficiently.
  • Re-organized Regional Revenue Offices:- Delhi Jal Board has also declared that they recognized its regional revenue officers, establishing one office for each assembly constituencies, and deputy director and joint director positions have been filled on deputation with officers assigned responsibility for specific areas to strengthen billing revenue operation.

  • Once the applicant reaches the homepage of the official website, they need to locate and click on the Pay Your Water Bill option.
  • As the applicant clicks, pay online options will appear on the screen, including pay through Payment Gateway, Pay Through BBPS, and Pay Through NEFT/ RTGS.
  • Now the applicant needs to choose which they want to pay for.
  • After choosing applicant needs to enter the details along with the capture code.
  • At last, click on the Submit option to complete the process.
