The State government of telangana has started a new scheme whose name is Telangana Free Scooty Scheme. Under the Scheme, telangana governemnt is distributing E-Scooters to Minority Youth. This scheme is a part of the Telangana Online Beneficiary Management & Monitoring System (OBMMS). Under this scheme, eligible youth can apply online and receive up to 80% subsidy on the cost of an e-scooter, and the cost of the scooter should be up to 1.5 lakh rupees. The applicant only needs to pay the remaining 20% of the cost themselves. The objective of this scheme is to support youth and women by making electric vehicles more affordable.

To apply for this scheme, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be a permanent resident of Telangana state.
- You should belong to a recognized minority community such as Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Jain, Parsi, or Buddhist.
- Your age must be between 21 and 55 years at the time of application.
- Your annual family income should not exceed:
- ₹1.5 lakh for rural areas
- ₹2 lakh for urban areas
- You must have a valid driving licence.

- Open the Registration Form:
Click on the option for “Distribution of E-Scooters to Minority Youth” registration.

- Fill Personal Details:
Enter your name, Aadhaar number, food security card number, date of birth, gender, and mobile number carefully. - Enter Address Information:
Select your district, mandal, village or ward, and fill in your complete residential address. - Provide Income Details:
Enter your annual family income as per your income certificate. - Add Driving Licence Details:
Fill in your valid two-wheeler driving licence number and related details. - Upload Required Documents:
Upload scanned copies of your photograph, Aadhaar card, income certificate, community certificate, ration card, and driving licence. - Check Declaration Box:
